F.O.R.G.E. helps young people ages 16-26 discover what is possible, establish meaningful goals, and develop the skills and connections to achieve them.
Talent Is Everywhere. Opportunity Is Not.
Across our communities are young people with talent and potential who lack a clear path to education, training, and meaningful careers. Some face academic, economic, or personal barriers; others lack career exposure, professional networks, or simply someone to show them what is possible.
Their potential is not the problem. The pathway is.
The F.O.R.G.E. Alliance, led by New Visions Economic Development Corporation (NVEDC), brings community, education, training, and industry partners together to build that pathway.
F.O.R.G.E. begins with construction because skilled trades offer strong workforce demand, accessible entry points, hands-on learning, recognized credentials, and opportunities for advancement.
Construction is the proof of concept - not the destination.
